We Offer Delivery within 2 to 3 days.

No you don't need an account to place an order ,You can place order through the Guest Account, But if you had an account that will be beneficent for you because :

1: When we announce offers you will be notified through the mail.

2: By ordering many times from the same account you will get free deliveries.

3: by ordering from the same account you can earn some Reward Points through which you can order.

4: Also you can get free Gift Vouchers.

The items cannot be returned after 3 Days however, there may be situations in which you were not able to return items, in such cases please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (03469664455) or through the CONTACT US page and file a complaint.

Those order placed by credit card or PayPal. then the Payment would be refunded to your card.
  • COD (Cash on delivery) order Refund amount will deposit to your DressFair.pk wallet account. and you can only use it for your next order.
  • No Cash refund policy.
We accept the return of item Even if it is not in the original box and/or packaging, however in this case, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (03469554455).
Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 Days from the day you requested a return, However it might takes little more time.
At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a return item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.

Customer will need to pay all the shipping charges in case he/she don't like the product.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

If the item received a damaged or wrong item or missing, in that case, DressFair.pk will pay all the shipping charges.
