- COD (Cash on delivery) order Refund amount will deposit to your DressFair.pk wallet account. and you can only use it for your next order.
- No Cash refund policy.
Customer will need to pay all the shipping charges in case he/she don't like the product.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If the item received a damaged or wrong item or missing, in that case, DressFair.pk will pay all the shipping charges.
